Paula`s Fish Place in Leamington

The food was great and worth the trip. The tartar sauce has a hint of spice which I never experienced before. The portions are generous and the staff friendly and welcoming. It maybe out of your way, on the outskirts of Leamington but see if you can stop by. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, excellent food

Full parking lot tells me when someplace is good. Outdoor dining, acoustic music outside. Chris'music was great background music while still being able to have a conversation. Then came Amazing Dave the waiter. He helped me with my menu selection and did not steer me wrong. He suggested getting my scallops lightly breaded and I always get them grilled/broiled. Took his advice and they were fab.I was pleasantly surprised. The green beans and rice were also good. We were celebrating our anniversary so we split a dessert. OMG! The best of both worlds....carrot cake and cheesecake mixed together. With a caramel drizzle. I thought it was going to be more rich than it was. It was scrumptious. This is a place where I could have sat for hours listening to the music, sitting outside, enjoying the white sangria (very good). I fell in love with the are and hope to return someday.

Delicious food, excellent setting and a very friendly staff made for a delectable and romantic dinning occasion with my loved one.

Fish dinner was good....can seat alot of people.. bring a sweater

The trout was excellent and the boyfriend enjoyed his halibut. You must try the carmel carrot cheese cake. So good !

We found the owner to be friendly. She came over to our table and spoke to us for several minutes. I love going to Point Pelee and its a great place to eat.

The waitress was very nice... But the food was terrible.. Watery clam chowder filled with loads of celery.. And the worst fish tacos ive ever tried.. I wanted to give this place 2 stars because the servers seemed very nice.. But the food was just too bad..

Excellent, fresh, if you're at point pelée and want to eat real good food and local fish ; This is the spot.

Stopped here for a late lunch after walking through Point Pelee Natl Park (also recommend!). Tasty local fish, hand cut fries, beer and local wine. Super nice staff, nothing too fancy, but clean and cheerful.

The service was excellent and fast but the dish a little short by the price. The dessert was tasty.

Had a rather disappointing first visit to Paula's with the family. The food took long to come out, my wife's perch was undercooked, the brocolli side was actually cut up brocolli stems and even after they took off my wife's meal, which she didn't eat, the bill was over $100 after a tip which I felt the waitress still deserved.

Hands down the best fish n chips I've ever had! Definitely recommend you stop here if you're in the area :)

Nice place. Nice setting. Friendly staff. Prices moderately high. Extremely noisy once a group arrived.

Great server, Dave. Had higher hopes for the food though. It's okay but was a bit oily. I had the perch and chips and you could see the oil coming through when you stuck your fork in. Other than that the place appears clean and was quite busy.

We got the 4 piece perch and it was prepared perfectly and loved the spicy tartar sauce. Great food and ambiance, Paula everything was great!

Took too long to get a drink. Although it wasn't busy, my beer was finished before they took my order. The ground meat with gravy equivalent to frozen dinner. It's too bad I forgot to take a picture. I did get a picture of the battered perch which tasted good but c'mon.

A nice little fish restaurant just outside Point Pelee National Park!

Service was beyond good. Ent with another couple 3 orders of all you can eat frogs legs which tasted great. I had the halibut which was over cooked though. Staff replaced the fish with a wonderfully cooked pickerel. Lemon pie for dessert topped off a wonderful evening. Food portions are very good and the quality is excellent. I will be back.

This restaurant offers a seniors menu, which is a perfect portion for me. I ordered the 3 piece perch dinner which included a bowl of delicious clam chowder and tea or coffee. The entertainment on the deck was a delightful surprise on Sunday night.

Excellent place for lake Erie seafood. Friendly waiters good food and live entertainment.

Family of 5 had an enjoyable late dinner here. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The back room has nice windows to look out to watch birds at the feeders. The food was good. I think it (Hot Hamburger meal and Manhatten Burger meal) needed added vegetables for the price paid though.

Absolutely the worst Restaurant I have ever been to. Party of 4, we waited 25min for battered fish and chicken tenders. My so called side of broccoli was a cup of broccoli stems. The fries looked like 4 day old McDonald fries. Mashed potatoes were disgusting instant potatoes. To top off the experience after taking a chewy rubber bite of my fried perch, I cut open the second piece to discover I was served raw battered perch....Absolutely Disgusting!!!!! I wish I had taken a picture but I had to run outside and vomit. 1st time there, never ever will we return. They did remove my meal from the bill but still very over price for slop we were served. We fell victim to their fancy commercial on local TV.

Cute place on the way out of the park. Friendly service, orders came out quickly and hot. If you want some nice art to look at while you use the bathroom use the stall on the right.
